Sessions and fees

As previously mentioned, the initial session is £10 and lasts for 30 minutes. Subsequent sessions last for 50 minutes at a cost of £55 per session. I do offer concessions on a discretionary basis for individuals who may have a limited income.

In the first session we will talk through the challenges or issues you face and what you would like to get from therapy. Through the initial sessions we will look to setting up a more formal understanding about the areas we choose to explore. These may change during our work. During the sessions I will begin to develop an appreciation of your experiences and assist you in developing self awareness, support strategies and new ways forward.
